These Terms of Service govern your use of ukbassmerch.com and any purchase made through this website. By accessing the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. About Us

UK Bass & Electronics operates ukbassmerch.com, a print-on-demand apparel store specialising in UK electronic music merchandise. Contact: contact@ukbassmerch.com

2. Products

All products are produced on demand by our print partner (T Shirt and Sons UK via Printify) when an order is placed. Product images are representative; minor variations in colour tone between screen and print are inherent to the DTG printing process and do not constitute a defect.

We reserve the right to discontinue designs at any time without notice.

3. Pricing

All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. Prices may vary by currency for international customers. We reserve the right to update prices at any time; the price at checkout is the final price.

Free shipping is applied automatically on orders over £50 to eligible destinations.

4. Orders and Payment

By placing an order, you confirm that:

You are at least 18 years old or have parental consent
The payment information you provide is accurate and belongs to you
You have read and accept these Terms and our Returns Policy

We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order at our discretion (e.g. suspected fraud, pricing error, fulfilment issue).

5. Intellectual Property

All original design elements, site content and branding created by UK Bass & Electronics are our intellectual property. Designs referencing artists, venues and events are created for cultural commentary and fan expression purposes.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, UK Bass & Electronics shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or any product purchased. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the value of the order in question.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you hold under the law of your country of residence.
