Returns & Refunds Policy

All products sold by UK Bass & Electronics are printed on demand specifically for each order. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing.

1. Made-to-Order Products

Every item in our store is produced individually when you place your order. Because each product is manufactured specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for:

Change of mind
Incorrect size ordered (please consult the size guide on each product page before ordering)
Minor colour variation between screen display and printed result

2. Defective or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, with a print defect, or is not the item you ordered, we will replace it or issue a full refund at no cost to you. To qualify:

Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order
Email contact@ukbassmerch.com with your order number and clear photographs of the defect

We will assess the claim and, if approved, dispatch a replacement or process a refund within 5 business days.

3. Lost or Undelivered Orders

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, contact us at contact@ukbassmerch.com. We will investigate with the carrier and, if the parcel is confirmed lost, issue a replacement or full refund.

Estimated delivery times:

UK: 4–7 business days from order
Europe: 7–14 business days from order
Rest of world: 10–20 business days from order

4. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, before production begins. Contact us immediately at contact@ukbassmerch.com with your order number. After 24 hours, production will have started and cancellation is no longer possible.

5. EU / UK Consumer Rights

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations and EU Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are clearly personalised or made to the consumer's specifications. As all our products are individually printed on demand, they are exempt from the standard 14-day right of withdrawal.
